All Clubhouse Rentals are 2 hours minimum (Includes set up & breakdown/clean-up time - please plan accordingly).

Hourly Rate: $60.00/hour, a refundable security deposit of $200.00 is due upon contract signing, to reserve your booking.

Club is available to rent 7:00am – 11:00pm daily

Our clubhouse is available for all types of events: birthday parties, weddings, family reunions, celebration of life, bridal showers, baby showers, proposals, business meetings, children’s events, etc.

Rental agreement includes the interior clubhouse with prep kitchen, outside patio and gazebo on garden club grounds. The rental agreement does not include any area of Center Lake Park.

Parking is limited to the public areas located on West Avenue and the surrounding streets.

Proceeds from special events and rentals benefit the Garden Club's education and horticulture programs.

Clermont Garden Club is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have an outdoor grill?

No. 

  • No grills are permitted.  No barbeques, hibachis or other cooking equipment are permitted.
  • Any item that produces an open flame is also not permitted.
Do you have a kitchen? Amenities?

There is a prep kitchen with full size refrigerator, small microwave and large sink.

Are candles allowed?

No.  No open flames of any kind are permitted.

Can we have a bounce house?

No. Bounce houses or any facsimile are not permitted.

Can I attach balloons and/or decorations to the walls?

Only Command Strips may be used on the walls.

No tape, tacks, nails, putty or glue is to be used.

Any damage to the walls or trim may result in damages being charged, including but not limited to the loss of your $200 deposit.

What is the maximum occupancy of the clubhouse?
  • Seating: 55
  • Standing: 115

Safety Notes

Candles and open flames are not permitted in the clubhouse, patio and
gazebo. Please refer to your rental agreement for decorating guidelines.

The following are not permitted on clubhouse grounds or in the gardens:
open flames, BBQ grills, bounce houses, and gender-reveal balloons.
