On Monday, May 11, 2020, members of CGC showed up for a Work Day in the Club’s garden. The scheduled work day had taken a break because of the stay-at-home and social distancing orders due to the Corona Virus Pandemic.
Volunteers seemed happy to get back into the garden with their fellow gardeners to continue the beautification process. It was amazing to see the “new normal” with everyone working together, wearing their masks, practicing social distancing, getting the job done (weeding, pruning), and general maintenance of the garden.
The day was beautiful and the weather was perfect.
