June Plant

Clermont Garden Club member, Tina Worrell, presents a “Crested Elkhorn” (Euphorbia Lactea Cristata) to Kaitlin Canterbury, Library Assistant I, for display at Cooper Memorial Library.  Tina is the chairperson of the Clermont Garden Club’s “Library Plant of the Month” committee.

Euphorbia plants, while  easy to care for, require a little pampering to become established.  Once they are established, they are self-sufficient.  In fact, many die from too much care and watering, than from neglect.

Clermont Garden Club presents a plant for display at the library each month to introduce residents of Clermont to the various kinds of horticulture.
