Clermont Garden Club, along with local artists and non-profit organizations teamed up with Clermont businesses to celebrate Spring with the Umbrella Art Project, a part of Rise Clermont.
The City of Clermont put Umbrellas, painted by local artists and non-profits, in local businesses to bring in customers to help local establishments recover from the Covid pandemic.
Nearly 30 umbrellas are displayed at businesses in Clermont. Clermont Garden Club’s Umbrella, painted by Elaine Hogan, Clermont Garden Club’s Treasurer, is displayed at Ruby Tuesday.
Clermont Garden Club members meet every third Wednesday of the month, except holiday luncheon, scheduled field trips, and end of the year luncheon, at the clubhouse located at 849 West Avenue, Clermont, Florida 34711. Meetings begin at 10:00 A.M. New members and guests are warmly welcome.
