Clermont Garden Club had its first work day in the garden after the freeze on January 20, 2018. Pictured are students, Abigail Martinez, Christina Winnegar, Gabriel Torres and teacher, Mr. Badeaux, from East Ridge High School. Students volunteered their Saturday to work in Clermont Garden Club’s garden. They worked for hours cutting down bushes, pulling weeds, digging up dead plants, and cleaning up the area.
Crystal Torres, Gabriel’s mother, plus Clermont Garden Club members, Pat Richardson, Carol Walker, and Gwen Carter worked with the students to beautify the garden.
From the Clermont Garden Club, a big thank you goes out to Mr. Badeaux, his students, Ms. Torres, and East Ridge High School.
